The A2021 Block saver system has been successfully used on both Continuous Miner and shearer drums.
Suitable for 30mm Shank tooling.
The stepped sleeve can be readily extracted by removing the soft seal plug on top of the block and attaching a hydraulic supply.
A hydraulic hand pump capable of 700bar (10,000psi) is ideal. Normal extraction pressure is around 560bar (8,000psi)
