Established in 1984, Minnovation Limited was born from a group of highly experienced engineers and innovators. The company quickly formulated and established a niche market in innovative designs for equipment associated with coal mining, working with and for other main mining companies and equipment suppliers. (UK Coal Mining Ltd, Joy Mining Machinery, DBT, Dosco and Kennametal amongst others).

The company has developed coal face cutting tools, rock drilling tools, dust & ignition suppression and high precision specialist equipment. New designs have evolved where De Beers PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tips are now incorporated in drilling elements. High standards have also led to new developments in the manufacture of precision sports and leisure equipment. 

Based in the heart of Yorkshire, England, Minnovation Limited has its own Manufacturing facility where they design and manufacture their own products in-house. The company is very active throughout the UK, utilising the major transport infrastructures. In addition to this, the company has a growing and expanding Export market, exporting its quality products to the mining and drilling industries of Europe, United States, Asia and Australia.
